We get it, sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. We accept returns of items which are unused, clean and still in their original packaging.
Full refunds will be credited for items returned within 7 days of purchase.
All returns fees are to be paid by the customer.
Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method.
If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but can’t return it to us for some reason, then please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to ensure your item is received back in a good & new condition if your own courier is used.
When your return reaches our warehouse, we will check and process your return.
Refund payments take 3-5 working days from when we issue your credit note.

How do I start my return?
Please contact our team either by email or phone as soon as possible. We will require your name, delivery address and order/invoice number stating you wish to return your order.

One of our team members will respond to you confirming the return process.
We will provide weights & dimensions of all parcels as well as the return address.
We can provide a return collection process via DPD who will collect your order for a fee. If you wish to use this service, please let us know and we can quote accordingly.
When returns are received, we will need to check the items and then process your refund.
